Location is a bit out of the way. If you arent confident driving in snow or in the dark or both, you can get a bus out here. The cars are properly equipped to drive in the snow. The room (we got a cabin) is a little small but fine for 2 people, underfloor heating. Radiator, has a kitchenette and coffee machine. The main reception area has tea coffee and biscuits to dig into as well. Staff are super friendly. Id definitely return. The views are phenomenal

An unforgettable Arctic experience! Our stay at the Panorama Glass Lodge at Aera was truly one of the best experiences of a lifetime. We spent one night in the glass lodge and another in one of the cabins—both were incredible in their own way. The service was absolutely out of this world! Any time we needed something or had a question, we simply messaged the team on WhatsApp and they responded instantly. We had the ribs for dinner one night and they were so tasty! The sauna was amazing—especially with the snow falling outside—and we loved relaxing in the lavvu by the fire with a glass of wine. Every moment felt magical and thoughtfully designed. The lodge is about 40 minutes from the airport, and if you book directly through their website, a rental car is included, which made everything super easy. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a once-in-a-lifetime Arctic escape!

Actually I didn't stayed at this Aera Panorama glass resort but came here with my tour group and guide for a sumptuous dinner of King Alaska crabs and Salmon which is prepared fresh on the spot with a demo and explanation of how they farm it. I managed to have a peek at the resort rooms and also the service desk area for some warmth as it's super cold. I should say it's a superb place to catch some Aurora lights as it's away from the city lights and close to the beach.
