This place is definitely worth the detour, located right next to the Santa Claus Village. The restaurant serves a delicious salmon, and the waiting time and its popularity are clearly understandable. The atmosphere inside the small hut is very warm and cozy, with the cooking fire in the middle where you can see your food being prepared in front of you. However, it’s not very warm near the entrance and the space is quite limited. The price is reasonable. You can also choose a local dessert and a very good traditional hot juice besides their famous Salmon. I recommend it

Very famous salmon's place located in Santa Claus village. Very popular aming tourist also. The restaurant itself is relately small and may accommodate no more than 25 people at a time. No advance booking, just walk in and waiting in line about 30-45 mins. There are just a couple of Menu which the main course is of course grilled salmon with potato salad and bread. I also ordered the Finnish cheese with cloudberry jam - I was new to this. I also ordered hot berry juice. It was great and pleasant meal. Salmon was so fresh and juicy. It went perfectly with potato salad and bread. While the Finnish cheese and jam was perfect dessert and I really love that. Hot berry juice was something so good after waiting in line under the snowy weather. Highly recommended!

Fresh salmon cooked on open fire served with Finnish salad and bread (€25) - Excellent. Large piece of salmon cooked perfectly. Fresh and juicy, lightly seasoned by salt. Had chargrilled flavour and was boneless. The potato salad was ok. Traditional Finnish cheese served with cloudberry jam (€6) - Fine. Cake of the day (€7) - Not bad. Moist. Glogi (€3) - Fine.
