They provide kids size slippers and bathrobes and a snow sledge for the kids; that is how kid friendly this place is. You can have Santa privately visit your room. The staff is so welcoming, professional, and helpful/friendly. The glass rooms are so spacious with gorgeous views of the snowy trees. There are 2 queens bed one on each floor. The windows are mirror for privacy and heated so you can see. Not too much storage for stuff, but there is lots of space. The rooms each have a spacious private sauna and outdoor jacuzzi. They change the water daily. The jacuzzi also has beautiful views. The lighting and drainage in the bathroom could be better. The buffet breakfast and 3 course dinner are included in a delicious restaurant with gorgeous views and wonderful service. It is walking distance from santa’s village, the food market, and a free playground.

Glass Resort is an amazing accommodation for anyone who visits Lapland. The staff are all extremely friendly, helpful and caring (comforting us when we accidentally broke a glass). The room is spacious with a nice view of the trees, the sky and the snow. It allows you to indulge in the nature while staying warm and cozy in the room. We really enjoyed the indoor sauna and the outdoor jacuzzi, especially when it was snowing. Food and service were great, you get to choose 3 courses from a menu with local delicacies. Staying in Glass Resort is a highlight of our Finland trip and I highly recommend it to everyone.

We had an amazing stay at the Glass Resort. The atmosphere is unique and instantly relaxing. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, and the half-board dinners were excellent. Every evening felt special. Our room was modern, cozy, and perfect for unwinding after a long day. Overall, we really enjoyed the entire experience and can highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
