We booked the "icebreaker" tour. Patric was our kayak guide and Gustav was our boat driver. They were both great. We saw puffins along the way. The kayaking around the icebergs was one of the best thing I ever did. We also saw a seal. They gave us a muffin and a carrot soup whith bread for the finish. Look at the picture, they speak for themselves.

We had an amazing experience with Charlotte and Jakob. The trip to Ny-Ålesund was fantastic! The landscapes and the town were stunning, we saw plenty of birds, whales, walruses and other animals, and the guides were very friendly and informative. An unforgettable day filled with lasting memories! Absolutely recommend!

We went kayaking with Better Moments yesterday and it was one of my favourite trips. Great facilities from the very funky briefing room to the boat and equipment we used. Our guide was excellent. Detailed, genuinely friendly and engaging, helpful and fun. We had an amazing time kayaking and had the best lunch of all the trips we did in Svalbard. Thumbs up. I’d go again tomorrow! (We were a group of 8.)
