Clean and comfortable. The staff were so great; they let me check in early after a rough ferry crossing and helped when my ferry back south was cancelled then delayed. My only complain was the (very) slow internet.

Lovely little hotel right on the harbour. Evening meal was delicious. The waitresses were great, friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable. Stayed in the four poster bedroom with great views. Breakfast was a huge choice cooked perfectly. Can not fault my stay Everyone was friendly and helpful. The hotel has plenty of parking in immediately outside. Definitely would go back next time I am in Shetlands.

The staff working here seem to do their best but there is a lack of managerial oversight to this hotel. The meals were good on the whole, although on one occasion fish was not cooked. This was quickly dealt with to be fair and we had a free drink and dessert to compensate. The bed was very firm and shower poor. Bathroom could have done with a good clean. Shame, with a bit more attention to detail it could be souch better.
