From the moment I arrived, Jefferson made me feel genuinely welcomed. His professionalism, attentiveness, and warm personality set the tone for my entire stay. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect—offering helpful recommendations, assisting with check-in efficiently, and always greeting me with a smile. It’s rare to meet someone who elevates a hotel stay from good to unforgettable, but Jefferson did exactly that. The hotel itself was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, but the service truly made it 5 stars. Thank you, Jefferson and the Skky Hotel team, for a wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be returning!

Freddie at the front desk was an amazing help. Great personality, helped me carry my bags to my room. Definitely recommend this establishment to anyone traveling through. Rooms are nice and modern. Will stay again!

We had a wonderful stay, and I want to give a special thank-you to Freddie, Chris, and Imran. They went above and beyond to help us celebrate my grandmother’s 80th birthday. The room was beautifully decorated with flowers and balloons, they even arranged a cake with her name, and they left a heartfelt message that truly moved her. Their kindness and attention to detail made this trip unforgettable for our whole family. We are deeply grateful and would happily stay here again!
