We had lunch at the Boss on 29 November; Aria was our server. I researched Banff restaurants as I know it can be pricey there and I came across the Boss reviews and decided to book a table there. I am not easy to please because for me it has to be a few things in eating out – the food, the atmosphere, the view, the service. This place hit all the spots! I booked us a table, so we were seated in a booth upstairs, which has amazing panoramic views of the Rockies and is an open stylish space. I had baked squash soup (perfect for a chilly day!), pasta with cherry tomato sauce and shrimp, my husband had bison ribeye steak and beetroot salad, and my son had BBQ chicken pizza. The food was amazing! Our server Aria was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and we will definitely be back to try other things on their menu!

I had the best experience at The Boss! The staff were welcoming and so friendly upon arrival. Amy had the best service and great banter. She let us know that all the ingredients are locally sourced and we were happy to be supporting some small businesses from Alberta. We shared the Poached Pear Pizza and BBQ Chicken pizza and it was cooked perfectly! I also had the Strawberry Smash cocktail and it was delicious. I would highly recommend you go here if you’re in Banff!

Went for a Banff trip with the family before the winter hit and decided to mix it up from some of the usual places we go to For food, one of the local business owners recommended it and said they had the best pizza in town. I’ll start by saying the as amazing as the pictures look, it still doesn’t even come close to how fantastic the food was, I had the BBQ chicken pizza, and i can honestly say, it was the best BBQ chicken pizza I have had to date. Crispy and fluffy crust with the perfect amount of toppings and excellent flavour. Oh and the insane part, THE BOTTOM OF THE PIZZA WAS CRISPY WITH NO FLOP!!! The service was friendly and our waitress was the one that recommended the bbq chicken pizza as I told her to surprise ! Please, do your self a favour and check this place out. Absolute 🔥🔥🔥
