The food here was truly impressive. The wild boar chop was rich and flavorful, with a firm texture and well-balanced seasoning. The sides were thoughtfully prepared and complemented the dish nicely. The bison tartare had more bite and depth than typical beef tartare, making it stand out. The smoked pork belly was slightly salty for my taste, though the smoky aroma was well executed. The biggest highlight was the bison striploin — delicate in flavor, tender in texture, and absolutely memorable. Overall, this is a restaurant well worth trying, and one I would happily return to.

I came in for a quick breakfast before sightseeing and ended up having one of the best meals of my life. The eggs benny completely blew me away. The biscuit alone was next level. I spent the rest of the day thinking about how good it was. The breakfast was so incredible that I had to come back. I was planning on ordering the steak, but the bartender convinced me to try the wild boar, and wow. Paired with the wine recommendation, I was blown away a second time. The next morning I tried the flat iron steak and eggs, and it was just as delicious. That night I went for the arctic char, and it did not disappoint. I came back for a second weekend and ordered the wild boar again, and honestly it was even better than the first time. Today I tried the truffle fries and I think I am officially addicted. This is the best food in town, maybe even the best food I have ever had. The cocktails are phenomenal too. Into the Woods and The Last of Us are truly something special. Highly recommend, don’t listen to the haters.

Very good dishes overall. In the main course, besides using seasonal ingredients and fresh seafood, I really appreciated that everything was cooked to its ideal point. The cod was soft on the inside and crispy on the outside — perfectly executed. The slightly spicy soup paired very well with the fish. The potato and the other elements of the dish added balance and helped satisfy the hunger, creating a combination of flavors that even reminded me of childhood meals. Also, the cheesecake for dessert was a great touch — delicious and very well prepared. Thank you for the experience.
