We took both rooms at once - compact, clean, with everything you need. Very convenient location, clear receipt of keys, parking near the house, always with available parking spaces. There is a washing machine and a dryer. All instructions for staying in the apartment, keys to Wi_Fi are available, adequate and understandable. In two days of stay we felt at home. We will recommend to those coming to Murmansk.

All the furniture, plumbing, and electronics are modern, the renovation is stylish, everything is ergonomic, and everything is within easy reach. The bed is very comfortable, and the bed linen is always fresh and ironed. There's a huge TV and fast WiFi. There's a separate entrance and remote check-in. An additional locker for large items is available. A washing machine is available. Conveniently located (Kolsky, 10), all amenities and transportation are within walking distance. Financial statements are provided. A solid five-star rating. I recommend it because I have something to compare it to (I've stayed at five other hotels in Murmansk).

The coolest place in Murmansk. Renovated in summer 2021. Check-in is instant at any time. The guys are great, I highly recommend it!
