GOOD Night, Rooms & Hostel

Cosy place and good location. Staff are more than 100% service-minded. Stayed 3 nights(April ) there. Felt sorry to wake everyone at 4 am as my flight delayed and non-sensed ring the bell. PS do shopping for some bowls pls. :)

This place is quite new and was a bit scared of booking it first because we couldn't find many reviews but it turned out to be a great experience. Location is perfect, right in the center of Murmansk and close to shops, restaurants and transportation. Staff was friendly and helpful although the only downside is that apart from the owners, no one spoke English. I had to gather all my energy and use the little Russian I know but it turned out to work pretty nicely :) When you wanna communicate, you always find a way. Rooms were comfortable, warm, clean. Common room and kitchen were very nice and fully furnished and equipped with all appliances. Best part of the hostel was Vakhtang (one of the owners) kindness and willingness to make us have a blast, he took us around on extra tours on his personal car and it was really cool, fun and a discovery of the Great North! Absolutely in love with Arctic Russia now! I've traveled a hell of a lot in this life and my experience in Murmansk at GN Hostel was very positive! Would recommend it and would absolutely stay there again!

Great location, close to the mall. Common area and the kitchen is nice and clean.Staffs are friendly. Shoes are not allow to the room either you carry you own slippers or there is for sale.
