Rampen Via Ferrata

We had an absolutely fantastic time on the Viking Wall via ferrata during our trip to Bodø ❤️ We went as a couple, and were joined by another pair for the session. The group had a range of experience/ability levels, but our guide Svein was brilliant at making sure everyone felt comfortable and supported throughout (offering help where people wanted it, but letting those of us who felt confident climb without help). The weather wasn't ideal, but we dressed warmly and still had a great time (and it certainly added to the feeling of adventure)! We even saw some sea eagles which was a wonderful way to end the climb. Would wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone wanting to try their first via ferrata (or just looking for something a little bit different to try while in the area).

We did the Silver Treasure today and even with the rainy weather it was a great experience. Svein was a fantastic guide, he was very helpful and knowledgeable of the course. Definitely recommend if you are interested in doing a climb for adrenaline and some awesome views. Would book again if we make it back to Bodø! Note; having some prior via ferrata or rock climbing experience helped on this course but Svein made sure everyone was safe and provided rope support when needed.

Brilliant day on the Viking Wall, for me a great level via ferrata with some good challenging sections where a little bit of thinking is required. We had high winds, rain and hail but none of that mattered as the route was out of the wind and it just added to how epic it was. Great guiding and advice and I never felt insecure at all. I would say that this is a must if you’re in Bodo whatever the weather or time of year.
