Awesome stay with clean and spacious room. Complete with kitchen and microwave for us to cook our meals. A good chance to see aurora too. If washer machine and dryer is available it will be a plush point! Overall good modern suite with neflix available for inroom movies. Will recommend others to stay too!

We stayed at Black Beach Suites, and it far surpassed our expectations. The bonus of having a mudroom and separate bathroom area made it especially convenient and provided a nice sense of privacy. The view of the black sand beach from our full wall of glass windows — and from the porch — was absolutely stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. We were even lucky enough to see the Northern Lights right from our windows and porch! Parking was easy — we were able to drive up, unload our bags, and park directly in front of the suite. The room itself was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare full meals, including a stovetop, microwave, fridge, dining area, and a comfortable couch. There was also complimentary coffee and tea, which was a nice touch. On our second night, we were initially booked in the hostel portion called The Barn, but after experiencing the suites, we decided to upgrade — and the staff was incredibly accommodating. They moved us to the deluxe suite, which was very nice, though we actually preferred the standard one for its layout and convenient mudroom. Overall, Black Beach Suites offered a perfect combination of comfort, practicality, and unforgettable views — we would absolutely stay here again.

I had a magical stay. The suite was very modern and luxurious. impeccably maintained, and exceptionally spacious. Everything exceeded my expectations. The location is very close to the town of Vík and the black beach. The view is out of the world. it was perfect.
