An incredible ATV tour up the mountain to see the glacier! Ana was a terrific guide, leading us to great spots to pause for pictures and enjoy the scenery. Despite the low clouds and drizzle we still found plenty of breathtaking views, both of the glacier and of the bay. They provided warm waterproof overalls and helmets with face shields, both of which proved necessary with off and on rain, but you’ll still want to dress warmly and have waterproof boots if possible. As a bonus, the tour ends at a cute cafe with terrific food to warm yourself after the tour. So far this has been the highlight of our trip!

Despite the rain, we still had a marvelous time on the ATV tour in Hellnar. Riding an ATV for the first time was exhilarating. The scenery and landscape was breathtakingly beautiful. Our guide was a gem! Very knowledgeable and friendly. I definitely recommend this tour! Aloha!

We had such a great time riding the ATVs taking in the breathtaking landscapes of the amazing Snæfellsjökull, making the trip a unique experience. Maggi is a wonderful guide, makes everyone feel safe and confident on the ATVs, and shares his passion for nature and this magical area. Highly recommend and we'll be back!
