Great hotel to stay in! Very modern and spacious rooms with comfy bed and great shower. The breakfast was really nice, there was more than just the classic European cold cuts for breakfast - they had pancakes and yogurt and toast.

Hands down the best accomodation I stayed at during my 10 day visit to Iceland. The room and shared bathrooms were clean, private, and inviting. I especially appreciated the kitchenette and laundry facilities. This guesthouse offered everything a traveller would want/need.

Highly recommend! We stayed here and opted for a private charter tour as well. I planned for weeks ahead of time to coordinate a surprise for my significant other, and it went beautifully. Frida was so patient with me on all my questions and concerns, since we were here in the end of October I was worried about the weather. We made the plans and everything was beyond my expectations. My boyfriend was so thrilled to catch cod and we saw too many whales to count out at the harbour. On top of that, since we wanted to eat the fish, the captain filleted our fresh caught for us and made arrangements to cook it. So fresh and delicious. Captain was very patient and knowledgeable and shared a lot of interesting info about the local area on the whole tour. The mountains was stunning out from the water, was truly magical and our favorite part of our 2 week Iceland trip. Room was very nice, beautiful bathroom, good shower water pressure and comfortable bed. Of course we recognize we could experience this because it was not summer busy season. If you come in the summer I recommend making your arrangements way in advance to include this on your itinerary!!
