This was the perfect hotel for our winter trip to search for the Northern Lights! The room was very comfortable, quite large, and cozy, with a window seat to read a book. The hotel itself was very nicely decorated and well-maintained. We also enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. The staff were very friendly and helpful; we felt well-cared for. And the location—far from the cities, in a fishing village hidden by a fjord, far from the rest of the world—was something we really appreciated. We highly recommend Hotel Siglo!

This hotel can’t be beat. It was the taste of luxury we needed, and we wished we had stayed for more than one night. The hot tub is sensational, and the provided bath robes and slippers were perfect. The breakfast was the nicest we had on the trip. Try the Herring. The staff were incredibly hospitable, kind, and welcoming.

Lovely hotel. Fantastic location. Clean and well-designed rooms. Didn’t think I’d like the hot tub right at the entrance but it was magnificent! Also enjoyed the lounge area in the evening. Breakfast was solid. Hoped to eat dinner elsewhere but nowhere was open so ended up at the hotel restaurant… it was very expensive. But loved our stay here!
