Irina was so helpful! She was our main point of contact during the whole process. She gave us great advice when we asked questions if certain activities were better to book on our own or with a guide. She assisted with dinner reservations as well. All in all, the was a phenomenal vacation and a lot of it was due to Irina’s assistance.

Our friends who travelled to lapland a few years ago, recommended Irina to help plan our trip, we were 4 adults and 5 kids and everything was planned to perfection. All the activities she suggested were perfect for the kids, she answered all our questions from what to wear to where to eat. It was an unforgettable trip, i am sure the kids will never forget it! Neither will the adults. Irina made the trip hassle free! Highly recommended!

Irina, the owner and our point of contact at Taxari, was very helpful and patiently answered all queries and booked for us with a local provider - Northern lights hunting, husky safari and snowmobile trip to reindeer farm. Each was a unique experience. And all included pick up & drop off and hire of warm clothing. Our 8-year child received a 40% discount. They even accomodated our request to change our date of booking of Northern lights by a day due to reasons of forecast of cloudy vs clear skies and we were lucky enough to see a spectacular display of the Aurora. At end of our trip, visited Taxari office to pay a courtesy visit as it was close to the Santa’s seaside office cafe. Irina not only presented us with some souvenirs, also took us to show the Panorama cafe terrace view point and dropped us back at the hotel too . All in all, great service and highly recommend to book through them.
