This was our second visit to the hotel. Once again we really enjoyed our stay, which made our holiday feel complete. We were made to feel very welcome by the staff on arrival, and that feeling continued throughout. All the staff were very friendly, but especially the lady who served us at the bar on the Monday evening and through the week. She really made our stay feel special. The breakfasts are honestly one of the best I’ve had at any hotel. The options are plentiful and efficiently refilled, even on the busiest mornings. The rooms are efficient, with an empty Smeg Fridge and kettle, with some tea and coffee included. Everything seemed to work as it should. The hotel is located out of the town centre - I would estimate it takes about 20-30 minutes to walk to the port. But which ever way you go it is a pleasant walk, and the location also gives a great view over fields and easy access to the national stadium, the rest of the islands, some handy shops and even a brewery nearby so it does have advantages as well. I'm sure we will be returning to the Faroe Islands again and we will certainly be back to the Hilton Garden Inn for a third visit.

We had a lovely time staying at this hotel, initially booked for 2wks but ended up extending 4more days. We slept well at their Comfy bed, the room is clean. Plus great customer service staff especially John at the reception & Celeste at the restaurant. John helped us extend our room without hassle of changing room and Celeste is quite friendly and helpful restaurant waitress. We also appreciate the free laundry service. Hotel location is very near Torshavn downtown, with Grocery and restaurants only a few mins away. Lunch menu selections are delicious and good value, we ordered Beef steak and Baked Cod. Overall we truly recommend this hotel, we would definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you for the hospitality and comfortable stay.

Our second stay at this fantastic hotel. We love the location - handy for getting out of Torshavn to explore the other islands. The rooms are clean, large and bright - definitely choose one with a view. The staff are kind and friendly and do a fantastic job - especially the breakfast and housekeeping staff. Probably one of the best hotel breakfasts we've ever had - plenty of variety, and continually restocked. Overall, an amazing place to stay and hopefully we'll be back next year!
