What a lovely place at a great location oveviewing the city (depending on the room but surely from the sunroom on the roof). Generously sized room, very clean. Not very soundproof though but we had quiet neighbors. Very helpful and competent staff attending to our needs. Center plaza within walking distance (~10 min) with restaurants/cafe's at every corner. Stayed twice at this gem before and after our trip and will again, should our travels lead us through PA.

This hotel is a true gem in Punta Arenas! The hotel was incredibly clean and comfortable, and everyone who worked there was so kind and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable, and the included breakfast Juanita prepared was super fresh and delicious. Truly a one-of-a-kind stay. Highly recommend!

We loved this hotel. The hotel has a very calm peaceful vibe with helpful, kind warm staff. The location is a nice 10 minute walk to downtown. There is coffee / tea / fruit in the lobby area. The top floor of the hotel has a nice glass room where we watched the sunrise this morning while enjoying coffee. We loved the breakfast. Fresh squeezed orange juice. A nice serving of fresh fruit with yogurt, granola and stewed raspberries followed by warm fresh bread and chapattis with avocado and fresh cheese. It was delicious. They recommended a restaurant that we enjoyed and made us the reservation. We would highly recommend staying here.
