The absolute best hotel in Kiruna! Everything was amazing! It’s super aesthetic, has great facilities, really good breakfast and super friendly staff. They are also very attentive to any dietary requirement you might have. The location was the best: next to everything in the new city center (city hall, museum, supermarket and all the restaurants). Loved it so much ❤️

Our stay at the Elite Hotel in Kiruna was excellent from start to finish. The staff were very welcoming, and we were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade, which was a really nice touch. The room on the 4th floor was very nice, comfortable, and well maintained. The reception area is spacious and inviting, and the breakfast was great, with a good variety and high quality. The spa is not included in the room booking, so it needs to be booked separately if you want to use it. It’s located on the rooftop and includes a steam room, sauna, one indoor pool, and one outdoor pool with great views. Everything was lovely, though it would have been perfect if they also had a jacuzzi or bubble pool. Overall, a very comfortable and high-quality hotel experience in Kiruna. Highly recommended.

We had an incredible stay at Elite Frost. The lobby has a wonderful lodge style that is inviting and enjoyable to relax in. The rooms were extremely comfortable and spacious. The staff were kind and welcoming from check in to check out. The rooftop bar had excellent cocktails and views of the Northern lights on a clear night, and we ate at the two restaurants and had a great meal at both. We were close to the pick up location for many of the tours in town, located in the new town. We didn’t use the spa, but the gym facilities were great. Thank you for an enjoyable and comfortable stay!
