Our stay at Aurora River Camp was truly magical and unforgettable. We spent one night in the glass igloo and the remaining days in the Moose Cabin, and every moment felt special. Watching the Northern Lights dance across the sky from such a serene location was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Staying in the glass igloo was pure magic, and the fact that the auroras showed up made it even more special. We could watch it at our comfort from the inside since it was extremely cold(-40°C) that night and impossible to stay out for long. The hospitality was exceptionally warm, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel at home in the heart of the Arctic. Despite temperatures dropping to -40°C, the cabins were incredibly warm, cozy, and comfortable, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Walking down the frozen river was surreal and beautiful, something we’ll remember forever. We also took part in Arctic adventures like the snowmobile sleigh ride, which turned out to be one of the best moments of our lives in the Arctic. Aurora River Camp offers a perfect blend of adventure, comfort, and natural beauty. It was truly an unforgettable Arctic experience, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience the magic of the far north ❄️🌌

I had a truly lovely stay at Aurora River Camp and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I originally booked a cabin but upon arrival the manager who kindly picked me up from the airport mentioned during our conversation that a glass igloo had just become available that same night. Someone else had unfortunately cancelled because they couldn’t make it in time due to heavy snow. I felt incredibly lucky to be offered the upgrade. Choosing the glass igloo was absolutely worth it. especially if you’re into hunting the Northern Lights. The experience of relaxing comfortably while watching the sky above was unforgettable and made the trip feel truly magical. The cabin itself was also cozy and well maintained, and the hospitality throughout my stay was exceptional warm, personal, and genuine. This is a very popular place so I highly recommend booking well ahead of time. I just happened to be fortunate that night due to the unexpected cancellation. Aurora River Camp offers an amazing combination of comfort, great service, and unforgettable Arctic experiences. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Absolutely magical stay at Aurora Rivercamp – hands down the best place we’ve ever seen the Northern Lights! Tony and Natalia are incredible hosts: super warm, helpful, and genuinely caring. They picked us up for free from the train station and airport, showed us around, and made sure we had everything we needed from the moment we arrived. The location is unreal – right on a huge frozen lake with zero light pollution. We saw the strongest, most colorful auroras dancing right above us almost every night. They even woke us up when the sky exploded with activity – unforgettable! Free sauna after a cold night of aurora hunting was pure heaven, and the free breakfast every morning was delicious and hearty (perfect fuel for the day). Cozy cabins and glass igloo (we stayed in both) – everything was just perfect. If you want to experience the real Arctic magic and the Northern Lights of your dreams, this is THE place. The frozen lake covering in snow view alone is worth the trip! Thank you Tony & Natalia – we’ll be back very soon! ❤️
