Visiting Skabram Camping is always a pleasure — surrounded by breathtaking nature, crisp fresh air, and the warm hospitality of the wonderful hosts. We recently had the chance to take part in their reindeer feeding experience, and it was truly spiritual and life-enriching. Being so close to these gentle, majestic animals was unforgettable. As we sat among them, feeding them straight from our hands and from the table beside us, it felt as though we had become part of the herd. I walked away deeply moved and grateful for the opportunity to share such special moments with these kind creatures. If you ever find yourself in Jokkmokk, make sure to visit Skabram Camping and join one of their reindeer feeding experiences. There’s a small fee, but it’s absolutely worth it. Don’t just take my word for it — go and experience it for yourself. What a truly beautiful and heartwarming experience!

Super nice campground in Jokkmokk. Not so touristic but family owned!! Just loved it! We (4 people) have stayed in house 7, that was modern and clean. We would have also liked the campground and the shared facility building. Next time we will come here for tent camping for sure. There are chicken and rabbits like on a farm and they have a sauna amd a lake for swimming! Thanks to Sara for the nice welcome!! We recommend it!!

Really liked the place! Service house is good. There were some problems but the staff got to that right away and made sure everyone stayed informed and had everything they needed. The hiking trails behind the campsite are very nice, just like the lake on the other side of the road that you can use to hang out and have a swim. All and all you will feel like you are in the middle of nature. Eventhough the place is next to a road. It is not frequently used during the evening or night.
