I selected days inn because it was the most reasonable and best location compared to other hotels. From check-in the experience was amazing I'm not sure of the gentleman name because I'm horrible with names but he was very friendly and amazing. The rooms are nice a little outdated but nice. I will say the bed is one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in. It's right on the beach less than 5 min walk from the shopping complex and food. Definitely will be staying here again!

For travelers who appreciate a well-executed amenity experience, this property stands apart. A properly heated pool and a hot tub maintained at the correct temperature are not luxuries—they are expectations. If a pool is not heated during the winter months, it effectively ceases to be a pool, and this hotel clearly understands that distinction. As a result, it is easily the best-managed pool on Jekyll Island, and one that is ideal for families and children who genuinely want to enjoy the pool year-round. After all, when visiting a beach resort, the pool environment is an essential part of the overall experience, not an afterthought. While the hotel may reflect a more classic aesthetic, it is immaculately clean, thoughtfully maintained, and complemented by an exceptional staff whose professionalism elevates the entire stay. Having experienced several other properties on the island, this is the property we consistently choose. For us, it sets the standard.

A bit dated, but very comfortable. Room 162 the tub nozzle was detached from the wall and needed a little care when using the faucet. I love the deep tub, a very nice soak. The daily service was perfect. The breakfast was good, except for the bacon. Delete the paper thin overcooked bacon and just serve sausage, or maybe ham. The Staff are very professional, helpful and carry themselves very well. As to location, their position is unmatched. Excellent beach access. Not the fanciest, but the best overall value
