The hotel is excellent! The service is at a good level. The rooms have everything. Cozy and warm! One BUT! The walls are very thin, probably made of chipboard. You can hear everything, any conversation or the sound of the TV. It is a little annoying. The canteen downstairs is excellent, the food is very tasty and varied.

A wonderful hotel. The room was clean and new, even though I booked it for a mid-range price, which wasn't what I was expecting. The TV in the room was fantastic (even though the weather was nice, I was constantly wandering around somewhere, sharing photos and videos, and uploading them in the evenings. I rarely watched it). The shower and bathroom fixtures were new and clean. The staff was wonderful, very attentive. The next day, I asked for a different room (purely a matter of taste, as the one I initially got was quite good) and was prepared to pay extra, but they gave me a whole double room, a class above the one I'd booked, and didn't charge me a single ruble extra. My stay included breakfast in the dining room. They came on small slips of paper called tolons. I was absent-minded and often lost them, so they took my word for it and gave me new ones. The dining room is good and inexpensive; as far as I could tell, most of the guests weren't from the hotel. A couple of times, I really had to go back to my room for more tolons, so I paid that way. The location is perfect for tourists in the warm summer, and the main tourist street Chumbarovka and the Dvina are nearby.

Everything is fine. Cozy room (double). Friendly staff. The only thing that was really missing in the room was a refrigerator, but it was not promised. However, we used the refrigerator from the hotel administrator normally. Our rating is 5 points!
