Boteriet, cosy ambience and modern, seating next to the window with views of mountains, fjords, seen otters, seals and sea birds. After the great outdoor activities the cuisine gives a perfect substantial and delicious meal. Local catch and fresh. The fish soup was out of this world, absolutely exquisite. Family run, all staff so friendly and accommodating. I will definitely go again. The whole experience is delightful.

We stayed at XLyngen for six nights and ate at Boteriet every evening. This gave us the opportunity to try many dishes from the menu. Everything was delicious and freshly prepared. The food was of very high quality.
