This is one of the best cabins we’ve ever stayed in. The location is perfect—right on the fjord—and it’s only about a 1.5-hour drive from Tromsø if you take the ferry across. We rented all 10 cabins with our extended family and friends, and the views were absolutely stunning. We even saw the aurora right from the cabin—no need to go hunting for it. Highly recommended. FIVE STARS. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed here for two wonderful nights during our artic whale watching trip. The cabins are situated in the side of a fjord with spectacular views across the water to the mountains on the other side. The cabins are well appointed with a living space with a glass wall overlooking the fjord, an excellent kitchen is provided with all the necessary appliances and utensils. The bedroom is very comfortable with a huge bed. We had the benefit of getting a cabin with a hot tub and we were able to lounge in comfort in the first night in snow fall and enjoyed the aurora on the second night. We were also visited by reindeer. The cabins are located next to a distillery which is well worth a visit and near an old WW2 German bunker. Lots to do here and lots to see, it's a beautiful place 5 stars.

Pros: Magical first night here at Aurora Fjord cabins! Great location with the darkness to capture the Northen lights! View is amazing facing the fjords! Highly recommend 4WD if you’re renting a car during winter! Cosy place with sufficient amenities! Cons: Somehow I didn’t receive the email for my cabin number and PW (checked spam/junk box) had to use international call to call the customer service but they were prompt to provide the information on the line.
