We did : Glacier Hike Steindalen with Lyngen Outdoor Experiences, Helga was our guide. It was an incredible experience , Helga helped us navigate this challenging 10 hours experience , made us feel safe on the glacier , it was my husband and me, we were joined by two German young ladies , a total of 4. Helga paid attention to every one of us and took us up and down the glacier safely. We reached the highest point we can before we were stopped by a large crevasse. Spent two hours and a half on the glacier. 10 hours and a half in total from parking lot and back. Lunch was provided. Difficulty , mainly the length , steep climb for the first mile and a half until you reach the cabin, then nice walk through the meadows until the hills just before the glacier , the glacier hike is up hill as well up the glacier tongue itself. But if we can do it then any healthy person can do it just keep in mi d it will truly be a 9-10 hours activity day. Thanks Hilga

We did the glacier hike on the steindalsbreen glacier and it was absolutely amazing! Our Guide Mat was so knowledgeable and funny. We really enjoyed the hike to the glacier as well where he showed us a lot of wild berries. Lunch was a really delicious vegan Gulasch. Even last-minute booking was no problem and they made it possible.
