Stayed here with a small baby, very unique and cottage style experience. Rooms are a little dated (part of the experience) but super clean and very spacious. We booked the lighthouse room which had a tremendous view to wake up to everyday, large spacious shower and comfortable king bed. Just note you have to go up stairs to get to the room in case you’re planning to travel with heavy bags or disabled people. There also isn’t any room service or regular cleaning daily but we mainly ate out or got delivery. Highly recommend, close to Queenstown central and Frankton.

The property is very nice and provides an excellent view of the lake and mountains. It is a close drive to Queenstown and Frankton which both have a lot of dining options. The room was quiet and kept in good order. The shower had plenty of pressure and was clean. The room was a bit cold and hard to keep warm with the heating provided, especially the bathroom. The location is not great if you want to walk to dining, etc. , but that is part of why it is so quiet and peaceful. It is a very nice place for a quiet getaway. We found that we didn't want to leave the room and go out to explore since it was so peaceful and had wonderful views.

Loved our stay here. The entire boutique was very warm and cozy. Enough utilise provided. Easy to find the location. Breathtaking views.
