Hotel Akureyri

We stayed one night here and had the best time. The hotel was conveniently located for us to explore the rest of the town on foot. There was ample free parking just in front of the hotel. The breakfast was such a treat - delicious cold and hot options. Great service from the staff. We stayed in the standard double room which had everything we needed - Nepresso machine, hair dryer, good toiletries and very comfortable beds.

Very convenient location. 5 min walk to town centre, 15/20 min to the pier. Great view of the Fjord and mountains. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Wifi was great too with download speeds of around 130mbps.

Newly renovated, like a hidden gem in the center of the city. We had a wonderful stay. Breakfast will bring us back for sure :)))
