An excellent and exceptional service at OTI . The team there, supported me during my visit to Oulu between the 10th and 11th of July 2019. They helped me to sort out my full round trip around Finland, sort out my transportation planning ( Trains & Buses). They also picked for me to best places to visit in Finland. Their services were not limited to the mention above services but recommendation to hotels/ tourist attractions were just spot on. The team at Tourist Info in Oulu are full of professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly and exceeded my expectations. Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended Best Tourist information in Finland, and Defo, among the top 5 in the World
