Sky Chase delivered an unforgettable northern lights experience that was smooth, welcoming and absolutely magical. Communication with the team was seamless from the start, and our guide, Andre, made the night truly special. He was knowledgeable, engaging, and went above and beyond to capture incredible photos of us with the auroras, memories we’ll treasure for a long time. One of the biggest perks is how easy they make everything. They offer pickup directly from your hotel or Airbnb, which takes all the stress out of getting there. Once you arrive, they provide food and drinks while you wait, adding a warm, comforting touch, especially appreciated during our visit, when Fairbanks was in the middle of a brutal cold snap (around -50!). The cozy lounge, complete with a wood‑burning stove and a live fire pit, made the experience surprisingly comfortable despite the extreme temperatures. When it was finally time to step outside, Mother Nature rewarded our bravery with a breathtaking, dancing aurora display that felt almost unreal. If you’re visiting Fairbanks for a few days, I highly recommend seeing the northern lights with Sky Chase. It’s an experience you won’t forget.

One of the best experiences of my life! Even before our tour began, the customer service was exceptional. Nicole was incredibly helpful, making sure everything was taken care of and setting the tone for a great experience from the very beginning. When our flight from Anchorage to Fairbanks was canceled, the team was amazing at finding a solution, and we were able to reschedule for the very next day. Once the tour started, everything exceeded our expectations. Our driver and guide, Andrew, along with the entire camp staff, were beyond kind, attentive, and always focused on making sure everyone felt comfortable and taken care of. The fire pits, hot cocoa, and sausages were such a warm and thoughtful touch. Every detail was carefully planned to create an unforgettable experience for all guests. Thank you, Team Aurora in Alaska, for making one of my dreams come true!

Dre and the crew were amazing. They took lots a pictures of everyone snd made sure we were all comfortable and cozy. There were many places the keep warm when needed. Staff were friendly and very informative. Restroom clean. I tried reindeers sausage which was surprisingly really good. Had several different beverages! Such a great time!
