Arctic Fox secure, clean & comfortable. 3 nights, although first night we arrived tired & kranky but host assisted me with cases as on top floor. Adjoining room was coughing & railroad was somewhat noisy however following 2 nights we slept very well and everything works in huge apartment. Thank you to hosts, especially for my birthday chocs lol!

My sister and I did a room for 2 with the shared bathrooms. The outside of the building was a bit sketchy at first, but once we got situated, it felt very comfortable, safe, and clean inside. Shoes off policy in the house, which keeps the floors and bathrooms clean. It was quiet, and the owner seems to be quite active and friendly.

Attractive and well-maintained place and great value very close to downtown (easily walkable). Don't listen to any of the reviews talking about safety of the area unless you are a suburbanite that is used to your perfect little bubble. It's just fine and pretty much what you expect in a fairly-urban area. Materials provided for breakfast were actually better than expected. Only issue we had was the queen bed in our room. Clearly a broken box spring so one side of the bed was quite uncomfortable. Other than that, the Arctic Fox is exactly as-advertised.
